Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your 3D modeling course purchase. You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Request made within 30 days of course purchase
• Less than 25% of course content has been accessed
• Technical issues that prevent course access that we cannot resolve
• Accidental duplicate purchase of the same course

To request a refund for your 3D modeling course:

1. Contact our support team through our contact page with your purchase details
2. Provide your order number, course name, and reason for refund request
3. We will review your request within 5-7 business days
4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days

The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed
• Certificates of completion that have been issued
• Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase
• Courses purchased during special promotions or sales (unless otherwise stated)

In some cases, we may offer course transfers instead of refunds. If you're not satisfied with a course but have exceeded the refund eligibility period, you may be able to transfer to a different course of equal or lesser value.
